FLASR has a 100 percent guarantee policy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, you can return it to us within 30 days of your date of purchase. Item must be unused and in original packaging.

If your FLASR is found to have a material or manufacturing flaw, we will replace the defective product. Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, user error, or the use of any illegal products. Any modifications or alterations made to the design of the product will void the limited warranty.

Manufacturer defects: FLASR has a 100 percent guarantee policy. If for some reason, a defect is discovered within the first 30 days of your purchase, we will be happy to replace or exchange the item in question via store credit. Products with defects caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, negligence, failure to adhere to normal operating instructions and other causes beyond the control of FLASR are not covered in this policy.

FLASR wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns if there is a manufacturing flaw or if you are dissatisfied with our product. If you need to return your FLASR, here is what you need to know:

All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.
The cost of shipping is not refundable.
We do not cover return shipping fees unless the refund is a result of our error (you received an incorrect/damaged item).
Please pack your return with the utmost care as damaged returns will not be refunded.


If you want to provide return labels: Simply e-mail us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a return authorization label. When a return authorization label is issued, we will provide shipping instructions.
